Correspondence & Matter Coordination

Collections

If you have received correspondence from Blackridge Group about a past-due balance, this page explains how to respond and how to pay online.

Make a payment

Enter the reference number and PIN from your correspondence to see your balance and payment options. You can pay in full or, where offered, in up to twelve monthly payments with no interest or fees added.

The 6-digit PIN from your correspondence.

Reviewing the balance

You may ask for the invoice, statement, or other records that support the balance. If you believe the amount is incorrect, explain why and identify the reference number so the question can be reviewed. See Account matters for the information that helps.

Payment arrangements

The payment page shows the options available for your matter. If you need a different arrangement, you may request consideration of one through the contact form. A request does not establish an agreement or change an existing obligation. Approved terms will be provided in writing.

Paying safely

Enter card details only in the payment form on this website's payment page. Never send card or banking details by email. Confirm any unexpected change to payment instructions through a previously verified contact channel.

Responding to correspondence

Begin with the reference number shown in the notice. Identify whether you are requesting records, questioning an account entry, reporting a payment, or proposing an arrangement. If your response concerns only part of a balance, identify that amount and explain the distinction.

Provide the documents needed to understand your request, such as the relevant invoice or payment confirmation. Redact full account and card numbers, and retain copies of the original documents.

Keeping track of an arrangement

Review the amount, dates, payment method, and any automatic-payment terms before accepting an available arrangement. Keep the written terms and payment confirmations with your account records. If a payment is missing from the record, identify its date, amount, and transaction reference in your correspondence.

Questions about a balance or proposed arrangement can be submitted through the correspondence form. Include the matter reference so your message can be connected to the correct account.
